Combine the official Intermediate Vocational Degree with broader practical training to complete your preparation as a jewellery professional.

A dual qualification designed to acquire comprehensive training in the main areas of jewellery making over three years, combining the Intermediate Vocational Degree in Artistic Jewellery Procedures with the Comprehensive Jewellery Training Certificate.

This itinerary combines official training with broader practical preparation in jewellery, setting, engraving, design and illustration. The schedules, theory and practical classes, and workshops for both qualifications are coordinated so that you can take them simultaneously and complete all their content and projects.

Intensive training to develop a solid technical and creative foundation and acquire a global vision of the jeweller’s craft.

The dual qualification combines the subjects of the Intermediate Vocational Degree with the three major modules of the Comprehensive Jewellery Training.

The official training is completed with a period of work placements in companies, studios, or workshops.

Comprehensive Jewellery Training

The training is developed around three complementary areas:

Jewellery
Knowledge and handling of workshop tools, creating different types of pieces and learning construction, sanding, polishing and finishing techniques.

Setting and engraving
Use of specific tools, performing different types of settings and engravings, and developing projects using both modern and traditional techniques.

Design and illustration
Design and representation of jewellery pieces, development of practical projects and knowledge of ergonomics applied to jewellery, costume jewellery and accessories.

Modality

100% In-person

The dual qualification is specifically designed to allow both courses to be taken simultaneously.

The School coordinates the schedules for theory classes, practical sessions and workshops for the different modules to facilitate attendance and allow for the development of projects for both qualifications.

Facilities

The dual qualification takes place in different areas of the School depending on the needs of each subject and project.

You will have 30 and 80 m² classrooms with natural lighting and ventilation, specialised workshops, audiovisual rooms and theoretical-practical spaces.

This variety of spaces allows for the alternation of theoretical learning, design and project development with direct workshop practice.

The dual qualification allows for the simultaneous completion of two programmes that, if taken independently, would take longer.

The Intermediate Vocational Degree consists of two academic years, from October to June, with a workload of 100 hours per month. The Comprehensive Jewellery Training is originally structured over three years, from September to July, with a workload of 80 hours per month.

The joint organisation of subjects and schedules allows both qualifications to be completed within an intensive three-year itinerary.

Upon completion and passing of the corresponding modules, the qualifications associated with both programmes are awarded.
