Double degrees are intended for students to become proficient in every aspect of jewelry in three years’ time so they can access the labor market in an efficient way once they graduate.
These are developed taking into account the different schedules for theoretical and practical classes, as well as the workshops of the different modules which make up the syllabus of both degrees. This makes it easier for students to attend all classes and to easily carry out every project for both degrees in an efficient way.
We are the only school in Spain which offers this option, saving time and expanding knowledge.

- Middle-level training program in artistic jewelry procedures
Year one:
- History of Art, Goldwork Embroidery and Jewelry/ Artistic Drawing/ Volume/ Materials and Technology: Goldwork Embroidery and Jewelry/ Computer Science/ Jewelry Workshop/Discretionary time.
Year two:
- Technical Drawing/ Jewelry Workshop II/ Formation and Labor Orientation/ Final Work/ Jewelry Project.
Final:
- Internship in companies, studies or workshops.
- Comprehensive training jewelry course:
Among the knowledge and skills that students will acquire by the end of the design module, we highlight the following:
- Theoretical and practical knowledge on design and illustration of jewels to carry out the projects they are asked to do.
- Practical exercises about real and current projects.
- Knowledge on ergonomics in jewelry, costume jewelry and accessories.
Among the knowledge and skills that students will acquire by the end of the setting module, we highlight the following:
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of every tool to make gem settings or artistic engravings.
- Practical training on the making of different existing types of gem settings and jewel engravings to develop their professional skills.
- Project development with ancient gem setting and artistic engraving techniques.
Among the knowledge and skills that students will acquire by the end of the jewelry module, we highlight the following:
- Theoretical and practical knowledge of every tool to make pieces of jewelry.
-Training on the making of different types of jewels: rings, earrings, pendants…
- Sanding, polishing and finishes techniques.

Students will have the required materials at their disposal in order to carry out all the
exercises during the course:
-Individual desk and lamp. Burins, sealing, pliers, files, hammer, tweezers, sandpapers, gage, copper, brass, silver…
-Common materials in workshops: polisher…
-Specific documentation on the course at the students’ disposal.
-Library, video library specialization for the course.
- Individual computers. Pencils, vegetable paper, watercolor paper, acrylics, templates…
This is exclusively an in-person course.
Students will have at their disposal a 30 or 80 square-meter-classroom with light and natural ventilation. There will also be audiovisual rooms, workshops, theoretical-practical rooms or others depending on the work the students will perform.
- Middle-level training program in artistic jewelry procedures
- The course lasts 2 academic years. From October until June.
- Preregistration open during May, June and July. Individualized attention.
- This official course lasts 100 hours a month. Students have to attend every working day of the week; they will be taught theoretical concepts and practical skills which they will later develop.
- In order to successfully complete the middle-level training program in artistic jewelry procedures, students must pass the modules of the syllabus elaborated by the Spanish Ministry of Education, thus obtaining the Certificate of this official degree.
- Comprehensive training jewelry course
-The course lasts 3 academic years. From September until July.
-Preregistration open all year with the possibility of joining in at any time during the course. Individualized attention.
-This professional course organized by the school lasts 80 hours a month. Students have to attend every working day of the week; they will be taught theoretical concepts and practical skills which they will later develop.
- In order to successfully complete the comprehensive training jewelry course, students must pass the jewelry, setting and design modules, thus obtaining the Certificate Diploma of this degree which is unique to the Jewelry School of the Atlantic.
